With a diverse product line and increasing consumer demand, the Client faced challenges in managing its warehouse operations. The Company’s manual processes were prone to errors, leading to delays in order fulfillment, inventory inaccuracies, and challenges in maintaining product quality. To address these issues and to position the Company for continued growth, a state-of-the-art Warehouse Management System (WMS) was implemented. Peloton led the overall cloud transformation, while Intellinum focused on planning and execution of logistics processes.
