Can the customer continue to get support from Oracle after using Express Server?
Yes, our product has gone through the Oracle Validated Integration program with Oracle. Customers using Express Server can continue to get support from Oracle by replicating issues with the standard Oracle MWA server. Any support related to the Intellinum Express Server will be handled by Intellinum.
Does Express Server support a Telnet client?
Yes. Express Server personalization will be applicable to Telnet and GUI clients
Will this cause any performance issues?
No, the overhead of using Express Server is in milliseconds which is not noticeable by the user. On the other hand, customers will gain user efficiency by reducing the number of steps through automation.
Can I use Express Server to extend my custom MWA pages?
Yes. Express Server can be used to personalize any MWA pages (standard and custom).
Can I continue to apply patches from Oracle and upgrade EBS?
Yes. Express Server does not change any of the Oracle code. So customers can continue to apply patches and upgrade EBS.
Can I create new MWA pages with Express Server?
Yes, you can create new MWA pages which call Oracle API or custom API.
What can I do with Express Server?
Express Server is a platform/development tool, so the possibilities are endless. In short, it can do anything that custom MWA Java code can do, plus more.
Do I have to bounce the MWA server for every small change done by Express Server?
No, changes done by Express Server are immediately active upon save. There is no need to FTP code, compile or bounce the MWA server.
What is the platform Flexi Coupa application supports?
We can have this application working on multiple platforms like iOS, Android, MAC, Windows, or any handheld device.
How to get support from Intellinum for Flexi Coupa?
To get support, Intellinum provides one ticketing system access to the client. Users can raise a ticket and get solutions.
Is there any delay in data reflection to Coupa System?
No, after performing a transaction through Flexi Coupa, we can see run time data in the Coupa system without any delay.
How to install Flexi Coupa, can refer to any document?
Intellinum provides a well-versed user guide with all details e.g. Installation in respective platforms and how to use transaction screens.
Can we add new screens or a personalized existing one?
Yes, we can add/personalize screens based on customer requirements but the Coupa system needs to support the functionality from the backend.
How to get an updated version, any downtime required?

Yes, we can create inquiry and transactional screens. Screens need to be developed using the Flexi Studio application of Intellinum.

Yes, Flexi LogiPro comes with an advanced barcode parsing engine which can capture multiple data points in a 1D or 2D barcode in a single scan.
