Job Description
- Strong knowledge of Oracle SCM and WMS Cloud modules, including Inventory Management, Order Management, Purchasing, Manufacturing, WMS (+)
- Experience with system integration and data migration.
- Proficient in Oracle SCM & WMS Cloud functionalities, configurations, and customizations.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to understand complex business processes and translate them into system requirements.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with clients and team members.
- Oracle certifications in SCM and WMS Cloud modules are preferred
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and objectives in the areas of supply chain and warehouse management.
- Design, configure, and implement our Intellinum products and Oracle SCM/WMS Cloud solutions to meet client needs.
- Provide expert guidance and support throughout the implementation process, including system configuration, testing, training, and post-implementation support.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, project managers, and business stakeholders, to ensure successful project delivery.
- Conduct system assessments, identify areas for improvement, and recommend solutions to optimize supply chain and warehouse management processes.
- Stay updated on the latest Oracle SCM & WMS Cloud functionalities and best practices and share knowledge with the team and clients.
- Passionate about the latest advancements in AI technologies, frameworks, and algorithms, and provide thought leadership on their application to real-world business scenarios.
- Proven experience implementing Oracle SCM Cloud solutions, including configuration, testing, and support.
- Provide excellent customer service, ensuring client satisfaction and building long-term relationships.
