We collect personal information from you contained in any inquiry you submit to us regarding the Online Services, such as completing our online forms, calling, or emailing for the purposes of general inquiries, support, and chat requests, or to report an issue.  When you communicate with us through our live support chat or over the phone, your messages and calls may be recorded and analyzed for training, quality control, and sales and marketing purposes.
