A global leader in personal care products that operates well-known consumer brands works in a highly regulated industry that demands precision, compliance, and operational consistency. Built through acquisitions, the organization faced fragmented supply chain operations across multiple locations, including Puerto Rico, Illinois, and California. With strict FDA requirements around lot tracking and serialization, the company needed a solution that could unify and streamline manufacturing, inventory, and distribution processes across all sites.
The organization transitioned off PeopleSoft and HighJump and selected Oracle Cloud SCM combined with Intellinum’s FlexiPro™ to modernize and standardize its supply chain execution.
