Job Description

  • Handle recruitment activities from gathering the requisitions, sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, follow up till the candidate joins and on-boarding process to be done on time.
  • Briefing the candidate about the job responsibilities, salary and benefits of his proposed job.
  • Interview, conduct thorough, Pre-screening and assessment of potential candidates, conduct skills assessment to evaluate candidates technical skills and competencies and assess candidates ability to fit the work environment.



  • Experience in working on different job portals like Naukri, Monster , LinkedIn Lite etc.
  • Professionally committed towards the target assigned by the management.
  • Should have work experience with IT Recruitment (mandatory).
  • Technical Recruiter responsibilities include sourcing, screening and providing a shortlist of qualified candidates for various technical roles.
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.


Experience: 0.6-2 years of IT Recruitment.
Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills Experience with IT Recruitment
Qualification: Bachelor's Degree M.Tech Master's Degree MBA
