Job Description
- Handle recruitment activities from gathering the requisitions, sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, follow up till the candidate joins and on-boarding process to be done on time.
- Briefing the candidate about the job responsibilities, salary and benefits of his proposed job.
- Interview, conduct thorough, Pre-screening and assessment of potential candidates, conduct skills assessment to evaluate candidates technical skills and competencies and assess candidates ability to fit the work environment.
Responsibilities
- Experience in working on different job portals like Naukri, Monster , LinkedIn Lite etc.
- Professionally committed towards the target assigned by the management.
- Should have work experience with IT Recruitment (mandatory).
- Technical Recruiter responsibilities include sourcing, screening and providing a shortlist of qualified candidates for various technical roles.
- Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
