Urgent opening Talent Acquisition Specialist for an IT company with C2H.
Experience on Oracle, Fusion, EBS, Java requirements is must.
Handle recruitment activities from gathering the requisitions, sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, follow up till the candidate joins and on-boarding process to be done on time.
Briefing the candidate about the job responsibilities, salary and benefits of his proposed job.
Interview, conduct thorough, Pre-screening and assessment of potential candidates, conduct skills assessment to evaluate candidates technical skills and competencies and assess candidates ability to fit the work environment.
Experience in working on different job portals like Naukri, Monster , LinkedIn Lite etc.
Professionally committed towards the target assigned by the management.
Should have work experience with IT Recruitment (mandatory).
Technical Recruiter responsibilities include sourcing, screening and providing a shortlist of qualified candidates for various technical roles.
Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
