Job Description
- Consult & Setup Oracle HRMS Modules (Global HR, Self Service, Time Attendance & iRecruitment Application.
- Prepare the User Guides
- Provide the Support for HR Key Users.
- Collect the requirements and Implement any Enhancements Requests by the HR Department.
- Acts as a Functional consultant to all Company groups helps identify major areas of development and leads research and prototyping of innovative technologies and products.
- Provide the Support for Technical Areas.
- Prepare the MD.050 for reports and coordinate with the developer for reports delivery.
Responsibilities
- Minimum 4+ years of experience.
- Extensive knowledge of Oracle EBS R 12.2.x.
- Implementation Experience of Oracle EBS R12 is a must, at least 3.
- Functional/Domain understanding of HRMS.
- Knowledge of Payroll & PMS Module added advantage.
- Technical knowledge in writing SQL-PL/SQL is also plus.
